刘砚军,中国文安,笔名:大清河人,毕业于南京大学。中国中央电视台星光大道专家评委,中国互联网联盟主任、艺术总监。中国最具收藏价值艺术家,中国当代诗书风云人物,中国当代新闻英才人物,中国杰出贡献人物,CCTV命名：新时代——中华德艺双馨艺术家。

专业从事文化工作20余年间,撰写有上百万字的诗歌、报告文学等,作品散见于《工人日报》《中国改革报》《中国文化报》《光明网》等各级各大主流媒体,并相继荣获特等奖、金奖、一等奖、孔子文学奖、黄河文学奖、世纪诗歌骑士荣誉奖章等殊荣。

在书法领域,多次参与国展、省部级以上专业职业大赛,先后摘得金奖、银奖、铜奖和优秀作品奖,文艺先锋奖、国际中国书画传播奖等书坛奖项,作品入展中国艺坛最高殿堂中国美术馆和钓鱼台国宾馆。2018年被国家顶级专家评鉴为"中国最具收藏价值艺术家"。
